At times, we can sense something deeper stirring in us, hidden or emergent, or in need of support from the larger elemental forces. In conjunction with ongoing counseling, I offer co-created ritual, reiki sessions, equine-assisted therapy and psychedelic preparation and integration sessions.

Hakomi Somatic Counseling

60-75 minute Somatic Mindfulness-based Psychotherapy sessions, weekly, biweekly or as needed, over zoom or in person. I offer a warm and compassionate container and a process of alchemizing and coming home to your true nature and fullest expression. Read more in Approach

Reiki Energy Balance

75 minute in person sessions. A full body balance, bringing harmony to your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies through transforming any and all negativity into light, love and joy and filling any and all voids of energy with unconditional love and compassion. This often includes hands on touch, energy work, guided breathe, meditation and visualization. As sensitive beings it is easy in times of stress and our culture of hussle and high stimulation to get saturated or depleted and in need of some energy hygiene and a relaxing and nourishing reset.

Equine Therapy

I will be offering in person sessions at Turtlehead Farm on Orcas Island in the Human Equine Assisted Learning (HEAL) modality. We will be journeying through the 6 keys to relationship
