I am Sirena, a fellow seeker and traveler on the path of healing and liberation. I offer somatic counseling to those who long to heal at the root of their suffering and are willing to wade into the unknown. I look forward to supporting you as you open to the heart of your healing.

In my search for healing, I found that answers lie within. Transformation comes from bringing loving presence and curiosity inside: shedding light on those dark cobwebby crevices, learning how to be with them through support.
An Intention
May we reside more deeply in our bodies and our hearts, learn to sense (feel our es-sence), to listen and remember the deep healing intelligence and embodied wisdom that lives in us all. We have the capacity to heal and reside in our truth, in our hearts. We are always in conversation with our unfolding but our minds often think they are separate and know best so we must travel down into our hearts to remember our true nature, to be here in this form with grace, to release fears and negative beliefs and transform them into love and wholeness.
The process of transforming our wounds into our gifts is the heart of healing and I’m here to guide and walk with you on this path. This is a personal, tribal and global journey for just as we are wounded in relationship we also heal through relationship and our healing ripples across time and space. So I honor and thank you for all of our ancestors and those yet to come, for the earth and for all beings for your willingness to heal.
